what's left of the flag
my uncle George got married in the East Village yesterday. found myself reconnecting with family that i haven't seen in years - in a few cases, probably ten years or more. for the first time, i think, i enjoyed a family event without any feelings of cynicism, smugness or superiority. getting older, finally starting to enjoy the idea of family.
Fun article over on Slate about the recent increase in zombie movement rates. We grew up expecting them to lurch, but now they've brought their game to a new level. Gotta be able to outrun the guns.
